Scope & budget setting

We document a detailed project scope, get quotes from our trusted trade network, and present you with a realistic budget. No guesswork, no surprises. You approve everything before a single tool is picked up.

Ongoing oversight & reporting

Final inspection & handover

Before we call it done, we carry out a thorough defects inspection and ensure every item on the scope has been completed to standard. You receive a finished renovation — not a to-do list of outstanding items.
